Booked by phone call for a four wheel alignment for a Lexus rx350. The price is $159 which is slightly high but still reasonable compared to other quotes. My issue is the steering wheel was slightly off the centre so I needed to adjust the steering wheel constantly when driving. Before I went to Lexus Perth I went to an independent mechanic and I was told the wheel alignment might not fix the issue and the issue might be caused by some other parts such as lower arm or rack and pinion etc. But Lexus Perth fixed the issue after the alignment, and told me the issue was caused by a miss of wheel alignment after the replacement of the pair of front tyres. So I think Lexus know more about their cars. Some general mechanics might not be able to do some specific services for the car properly. So if your Lexus has some issues that an average mechanic does not have the confidence to fix it, you might check with Lexus Perth.

I've used these guys for my car servicing and also as a supplier for my business. When it comes to customer service, there is a reason why they are considered a premium luxury brand! The staff and service, from phone to parts department to service staff are amazing!For my car repairs, I expected them to be expensive, however to my surprise they were very very reasonable and I was very impressed.

Good service great cars from an iconic brand in Toyota Lexus for those of us that can remember that far back.I have 5 of these products and they have never let me down.Oh what a love affair.But I will keep my iconic 1993 TRD 2JZ Toyota Lexus for now.See my photo of the current offering.

Purchased my first Lexus and I had a great experience from start to finish. I was warmly greeted and welcomed upon arrival and the customer service by all staff is outstanding. I would highly recommend salesman Hiroshi as he went above and beyond my expectations to assist me in a friendly, helpful and non-pushy manner. He was patient, knowledgeable and more than happy to take the time to answer all my questions and explain all the features. Will definitely come back in the future for my next vehicle upgrade.
